Dr. Shari De Boer PT, DPT, CAFS

Dr. Shari De Boer has 19 years of clinical experience treating clients suffering from back, neck and joint pain including muscle performance deficits.

She blends her training in the globally recognized McKenzie Method, Applied Functional Science and 3D Movement Analysis to improve the lives of her clients by decreasing pain and helping them return to their prior level of function. 

She keeps herself moving by traveling (20 Countries & counting), biking daily and spending time with her two young sons. Dr. De Boer also loves spending time with her dogs, Greta and Mila. 

Shari played collegiate softball helping her team make it deep into the playoffs, preparing her to rehab professional athletes in the NFL and NBA. 

Dr. Shari is passionate about assisting busy moms with back and joint pain, Weekend Warriors and “desk jockeys” who are motivated to move better and return to doing the things they love!
